How to Withdraw AED to Your Bank Account on the BurjX App

Easily withdraw your AED balance from BurjX directly to your personal bank account.

Once your BurjX account is verified, you can withdraw your AED balance to any personal UAE bank account. Withdrawals are secure, simple, and typically processed within 24 business hours.

🔒 Note: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for all withdrawals. If you haven’t enabled 2FA yet, check out our 2FA setup guide.


Step 1️⃣: Tap the “Plus” Icon

  • After logging into the BurjX app, go to the home screen

  • Tap the “plus" icon at the bottom centre of the screen


Step 2️⃣: Select “Deposit Fiat”

A menu will appear with four options:

  • Deposit Fiat

  • Withdraw Fiat

  • Deposit Crypto

  • Withdraw Crypto

👉 Tap “Withdraw Fiat” to continue


Step 3️⃣: Enter Withdrawal Details

  • Enter the amount of AED you wish to withdraw

  • Select your preferred bank account


Step 4️⃣: Add a New Bank Account (if needed)

  • If you haven’t added a bank account yet, tap “Add a bank account”

  • Follow the on-screen instructions to securely add your personal UAE bank account for withdrawals

  • Only accounts in your name can be used, third-party or joint accounts are not supported


Step 5️⃣: Review & Confirm

  • Double-check the withdrawal amount and applicable fees

  • Once everything is correct, tap “Withdraw” to submit your request

🔐 Make sure your 2FA is enabled before attempting a withdrawal


Step 6️⃣: Email Confirmation Required

For your security, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered BurjX email address.

  • Open the email and verify the withdrawal request

  • Once confirmed, the withdrawal process will be completed


Step 7️⃣: Withdrawal Submitted

You’ll receive a confirmation that your request has been recorded.

🕒 Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours
