What Should I Know Before Closing My BurjX Account?
Please note that if you decide to close your BurjX account, all account history, whitelisted addresses, and linked bank accounts will be permanently removed.
Upon closing, you will permanently lose access to your BurjX account.
While you can sign up again as a new user, your previous account cannot be reactivated after closure.
If you open a new account with BurjX, you will not be eligible for new user promotions, or any referral bonuses previously associated with your account.

Do I Need to Withdraw My Funds?
Yes, you must withdraw all funds from your BurjX wallet before closing your account.
If your balance is below the minimum withdrawal amount, please contact us.

How Do I Close My BurjX Account?
To close your account, please ensure the following conditions are met:
No remaining or outstanding wallet balances
No pending positions/orders
Make sure to download your transaction history before closing your account, as you will no longer have access to it afterward.
If all these conditions are met, open a chat with our BurjX Virtual Assistant and select Security > Account > Account Closure to proceed with closing your BurjX account.
How Do I Unsubscribe From BurjX Emails?
To stop receiving promotional emails after closing your account, click the "unsubscribe" or "update subscription preferences" link in the footer of any email from BurjX.
