Once your Tier 2 verification is approved, you may apply for Tier 3 to access higher or custom-tailored deposit and withdrawal limits. This tier is designed for high-volume retail traders and OTC clients.
Step 1: Log in to Your Account
Log in to your BurjX account. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner to open your account menu.
Step 2: Start Tier 3 Verification
Go to Account → Account Status.
You will see your current tier level, limits, and available upgrade option.
Under Tier 3, tap “Verify Now.”
Step 3: Trading Activity Information
Provide details about your trading activity, including monthly cryptocurrency deposit frequency.
Step 4: Proof of Wealth
Upload your proof of wealth and declare whether you have an investment portfolio.
Important: Documents must be issued within the last 90 days.
This helps us better assess and support your account requirements.
Step 5: Review Process
Once submitted, your request will be reviewed by our team within 24 hours.
