How Do I Check My Deposit Status?

You can track the status of your deposit on the blockchain by pasting the transaction hash (TXID) provided by the withdrawal platform into the appropriate blockchain explorer.
This will show the transaction's status, the number of block confirmations, and whether the deposit has been successfully submitted.

How Will I Be Informed of Incoming Deposits?

If all deposit details are correctly entered on the sending platform, you will receive a push notification and an email once the first block confirmation is received.

You will get another notification and email once the required number of confirmations is met, and the deposit is fully processed.

The number of confirmations needed varies by blockchain. For more information on blockchain confirmations, please refer to the following article.

To view your transaction history, go to the Accounts tab and tap the clock icon in the top-right corner.

Why Is My Deposit Pending?

Your deposit may be pending for two main reasons:

  1. The required number of block confirmations has not yet been reached. You will be notified once your deposit is processed.

  2. If you are in a country where the Travel Rule applies (e.g., the UK or Singapore), you must submit additional information about your deposit. To do this, go to the Accounts tab and tap the Submit Now button on the pop-up related to your crypto deposit.

What Should I Do if I Can’t See My Deposit Record?

If your deposit isn’t appearing in your BurjX account, check the withdrawal platform and the on-chain status using the blockchain explorer.

  • If the status is pending or failed, contact the withdrawal platform, as the funds haven’t reached BurjX yet.

  • If the on-chain status shows successful or completed, verify that you used the correct wallet address. Unfortunately, we cannot recover funds sent to addresses not managed by BurjX.

Deposits of Unsupported Tokens

If you accidentally deposit an unsupported token, contact our BurjX Support Team for manual recovery.
However, in some cases, recovery may not be possible, and a manual recovery fee will be applied. The fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits with Missing or Incorrect Memo/Tag

If you forgot to include a memo/tag or entered it incorrectly, contact our BurjX Support Team for manual recovery.
However, in some cases, recovery may not be possible, and a manual recovery fee will be applied. The fee is determined on a case-by-case basis.

Deposits of NFTs

NFT deposits are not currently supported by BurjX. If you accidentally deposit an NFT, please contact our BurjX Support Team for potential recovery.
