Depositing cryptocurrency into your BurjX wallet is quick and secure. Whether you're sending from another exchange, wallet, or friend, each token has its own dedicated address and supported network page inside the app.
Follow the steps below to initiate a crypto deposit.
Step 1️⃣: Tap the “Plus” Icon
After logging into the BurjX app, go to the home screen
Tap the “plus" icon at the bottom centre of the screen
Step 2️⃣: Select “Deposit Fiat”
A menu will appear with four options:
Deposit Fiat
Withdraw Fiat
Deposit Crypto
Withdraw Crypto
👉 Tap “Deposit Crypto” to continue
Step 3️⃣: Access Your Wallet Address
On this screen, you’ll see the wallet information for your currently selected token. You have three options to proceed:
Copy the wallet address manually
Scan the QR code from another device
Use your phone’s native share feature to send the wallet details to another app or contact
Step 4️⃣: Select the Token You Want to Deposit
Tap the token dropdown at the top of the screen
A menu will appear allowing you to search and select your preferred cryptocurrency
Once selected, the app will display the corresponding wallet address and supported network
⚠️ Important: Only send your crypto using the exact network specified for the selected token.
Depositing on the wrong network may result in a permanent loss of funds.

Step 5️⃣: Deposit Complete
Once the transferred crypto reaches your BurjX wallet:
You’ll receive a confirmation email
The funds will appear in your crypto balance and will be available for trading or withdrawal
