How to Sign Up for a BurjX Account?

In this guide, we’ll show you how to sign up for your BurjX personal account in just a few simple steps.

Step 1️⃣: Sign Up

  1. Download the BurjX App from your Play Store (Android) / App Store (iOS). Once downloaded, open the app and select the Sign Up option:

  2. Enter your email address.

  3. Create a secure password and confirm it.

  4. Tick the box to confirm that you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Your password must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum 8 characters

  • At least 1 number

  • At least 1 uppercase letter

  • At least 1 lowercase letter

  • At least 1 special character (e.g., ! @ # $ %)


Step 2️⃣: Confirm Your Email

After submitting your info and pressing Continue, check your inbox.

  • Open the confirmation email from BurjX.

  • Click the Confirm Email button to verify your address.

💡 Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or click Resend.


Step 3️⃣: Add Your Phone Number

  1. Select your country code from the dropdown list.

  2. Enter your phone number.


Step 4️⃣: Verify Your Phone Number

You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS.

  • Enter the code on the verification screen to complete setup.

💬 If you didn’t get the code after multiple attempts, click Resend, or contact our Support team.


Step 5️⃣: You’re In!

Your BurjX account is now active!

Next Steps:

  • Verify your identity to unlock trading and wallet features

  • 🔒 Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for enhanced security
    (Required for certain key actions)

These steps can be completed immediately or postponed for later.
