Step 1️⃣: Sign Up
Download the BurjX App from your Play Store (Android) / App Store (iOS). Once downloaded, open the app and select the Sign Up option:
Enter your email address.
Create a secure password and confirm it.
Tick the box to confirm that you agree to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
Your password must meet the following criteria:
Minimum 8 characters
At least 1 number
At least 1 uppercase letter
At least 1 lowercase letter
At least 1 special character (e.g.,
! @ # $ %)
Step 2️⃣: Confirm Your Email
After submitting your info and pressing Continue, check your inbox.
Open the confirmation email from BurjX.
Click the Confirm Email button to verify your address.
💡 Didn’t receive the email? Check your spam folder or click Resend.
Step 3️⃣: Add Your Phone Number
Select your country code from the dropdown list.
Enter your phone number.
Step 4️⃣: Verify Your Phone Number
You’ll receive a 6-digit OTP code via SMS.
Enter the code on the verification screen to complete setup.
💬 If you didn’t get the code after multiple attempts, click Resend, or contact our Support team.
Step 5️⃣: You’re In!
Your BurjX account is now active!
Next Steps:
✅ Verify your identity to unlock trading and wallet features
🔒 Enable 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication) for enhanced security
(Required for certain key actions)
These steps can be completed immediately or postponed for later.
