How to Upgrade to Tier 3 for Unlimited Deposits and Withdrawals

In this guide, we’ll show you how to complete Tier 3 verification, the highest level of KYC on BurjX.

Once your Tier 2 verification is approved, you can apply for Tier 3 to access maximum or custom-tailored deposit and withdrawal limits. This tier is ideal for high-volume retail traders and OTC clients.

Step 1️⃣: Go to Your Profile

Log in to your BurjX account and:

  • Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • This will open your personal settings and account menu.


Step 2️⃣: Access the “Account Status” Section

  • Inside your profile, go to Account > Account Status.

  • You’ll see your current Tier level and available upgrade options.

  • If Tier 2 is completed, click “Verify now” under Tier 3 to begin.


Step 3️⃣: Expected Trading Volume

You’ll be asked to select your expected monthly trading volume from a dropdown list.

💡 This step helps us meet regulatory compliance and keep the platform secure.


Step 4️⃣: Upload Your Bank Statement

You’ll need to upload a recent bank statement as proof of funds.

📌 Requirements:

  • Issued within the last 90 days

  • Supported formats:

    • JPG

    • PNG

    • HEIC

    • WEBP

    • PDF (max 50MB)

🧾 Make sure the statement clearly shows your name, funds, and issuing institution.


Step 5️⃣: Under Review

✅ Your Tier 3 application is now under review by our dedicated compliance team.
You’ll be notified by email once the process is complete.
