Proof of Address Verification Guidelines

To verify your residential address and comply with regulatory requirements, BurjX requires a valid proof of address document issued in your name within the last 90 days.


Accepted Documents

We accept the following documents for address verification:

  • ✅ Utility bill

  • ✅ Correspondence from a government department or agency

  • ✅ Statement or letter from a bank, financial institution, or authorized insurer

  • Credit card statements (make sure to mask the card number)

  • Government-issued ID showing your residential address (if applicable)

Document Submission Guidelines

To ensure a fast and successful verification, please follow these best practices:

Upload the Full Document

  • Make sure all four corners of the document are clearly visible

  • Do not crop or partially scan the document

Use a Clear Print or Digital Copy

  • If submitting a digital file, open it on a computer screen and photograph it clearly

  • Avoid glare, blurriness, or screen reflections

Keep the Document Unaltered

  • Do not edit, mark, or modify the document in any way

  • You may mask sensitive information like account or card numbers if needed
