How to Increase Deposit and Withdrawal Limits

In this guide, we’ll walk you through the Tier 2 verification process, which allows you to increase your deposit and withdrawal limits.

Once you've completed your sign-up and Tier 1 verification, you’ll be able to proceed with Tier 2 at any time.

Step 1️⃣: Go to Your Profile

Log in to your BurjX account and:

  • Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen.

  • This will open your personal settings and account menu.


Step 2️⃣: Access the “Account Status” Section

  • Inside your profile, go to Account > Account Status.

  • You’ll see your current Tier level and available upgrade options.

  • If Tier 1 is completed, click “Verify now” under Tier 2 to begin.


Step 3️⃣: Provide Your Source of Funds

  • Select your Source of Funds from a dropdown menu.

  • Depending on your selection, you may be required to upload a supporting document.

💡 Simply follow the on-screen instructions to complete this step.


Step 4️⃣: Upload Proof of Address

You’ll now need to upload a valid proof of address document.

📌 Requirements:

  • Issued within the last 90 days

  • Supported formats:

    • JPG

    • PNG

    • HEIC

    • WEBP

    • PDF (max 50MB)

🧾 Accepted documents include utility bills, bank statements, tenancy contracts, and government-issued letters.


Step 5️⃣: Under Review

✅ Your Tier 2 application is now under review by our compliance team.
You’ll receive an email notification as soon as your account has been upgraded.

💬 Review times may vary depending on various factors, but most requests are processed promptly.
