Your legal name must match your identity documents for compliance and security purposes. If your name was entered incorrectly during registration, or if you’ve changed your name legally, you can request an update through our secure support flow.
Follow the steps below to initiate your name change request.
Step 1️⃣: Go to Your Profile
Log in to your BurjX account and:
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen
This will open your personal settings and account menu
Step 2️⃣: Access the “Personal Info” Section
Navigate to Account > Personal Info
You’ll see your current account details
Next to your legal name, tap the support icon to begin the change process
Step 3️⃣: Raise a Ticket
Once you click the support icon:
The BurjX support tool will appear
Under “Create a ticket,” select Name Change
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

Step 4️⃣: Your Request Is Being Processed
After you submit the ticket:
Our team will contact you via your currently registered email address with next steps
If you’ve lost access to that email, please reach out to our Support Team for additional assistance.
