Your residential address is a key part of your BurjX profile and is required to comply with KYC and AML regulations. If you’ve moved or entered an outdated address during registration, you can submit a verified request to update it.
Follow the steps below to initiate the process and keep your account information up to date.
Step 1️⃣: Go to Your Profile
Log in to your BurjX account and:
Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner of the screen
This will open your personal settings and account menu
Step 2️⃣: Access the “Personal Info” Section
Navigate to Account > Personal Info
You’ll see your current account details
Next to your address, tap the support icon to begin the change process
Step 3️⃣: Raise a Ticket
Once you click the support icon:
The BurjX support tool will appear
Under “Create a ticket,” select Address Change
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your request

Step 4️⃣: Your Request Is Being Processed
After you submit the ticket:
Our team will contact you via your currently registered email address with next steps
If you’ve lost access to that email, please reach out to our Support Team for additional assistance.
