Written by Vlad

Important: Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for all crypto withdrawals. This is an added security layer to protect your funds from unauthorized access.

If you haven’t enabled 2FA yet, check out our 2FA setup guide.

For your protection, withdrawals may also be temporarily restricted after certain account changes (e.g., password reset).

Step 1: Open Withdraw Menu

On the home screen, tap the “+” (plus) icon at the bottom center.

Step 2: Select Deposit Crypto

A menu will appear with the following options:

  • Deposit Fiat

  • Withdraw Fiat

  • Deposit Crypto

  • Withdraw Crypto

Tap "Withdraw Crypto" to continue.

Step 3: Enter Withdrawal Details

  • Select the cryptocurrency you wish to withdraw

  • Enter the withdrawal amount

  • Input the recipient’s wallet address

  • Confirm the supported blockchain network

You may also scan a QR code instead of entering the address manually.

Important: Only send to a wallet that supports the exact network shown. Using the wrong network may result in permanent loss of funds.

Step 4: Complete Required Questions

You may be asked to answer a few short questions related to your withdrawal. These are part of our regulatory and compliance requirements.

Follow the on-screen instructions to proceed.

Step 5: Review and Confirm

Carefully review the following details:

  • Cryptocurrency being sent

  • Destination wallet address

  • Applicable withdrawal fee

Then, enter your 6-digit 2FA code from your authenticator app to confirm.

Step 6: Email Confirmation

For added security, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address.

Once confirmed, your withdrawal will be processed.

You’re All Set

Your withdrawal request is now in progress.

  • You will receive a confirmation email once it has been completed

  • Processing times may vary depending on network congestion and other factors
