Aside from your password, you’ll need to enter a one-time code generated by an authenticator app. This helps protect your account from unauthorized access, even if someone knows your password.

Important: 2FA is required to complete certain actions, such as withdrawals and other security-sensitive transactions.

Step 1: Log in to Your Account

Log in to your BurjX account. Tap the profile icon in the top-right corner to open your account settings.

Step 2: Enable 2FA

Scroll down to the Security section. Toggle on “Authenticator App (2FA)”.

Step 3: Set Up Your Authenticator App

  • Download the Google Authenticator app on your mobile device

  • A setup code will be displayed on the BurjX app

  • Copy the code and add it to the Google Authenticator app

  • The app will generate a 6-digit verification code

  • Enter this code in the BurjX app to complete the setup

Setup Complete

2FA is now enabled on your account.

You will be asked to enter a 2FA code when logging in and when performing certain actions (such as withdrawals).

This ensures your account stays secure at all times.
