Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is required for all withdrawals. This adds an extra layer of security to protect your funds from unauthorized access.

For your protection, withdrawals may also be temporarily restricted after certain account changes (e.g., password reset).
Step 1: Open Withdraw Menu
On the home screen, tap the “+” (plus) icon at the bottom center.
Step 2: Select Deposit Crypto
A menu will appear with the following options:
Deposit Fiat
Withdraw Fiat
Deposit Crypto
Withdraw Crypto
Tap "Withdraw Fiat" to continue.
Step 3: Enter Withdrawal Details
Enter the amount of AED you wish to withdraw
Select your preferred bank account
If you haven’t added a bank account yet:
Tap “Add a bank account.”
Follow the on-screen instructions to securely link your UAE bank account
Important:
Only bank accounts in your name are accepted
Third-party or joint accounts are not supported
Step 4: Review & Confirm
Carefully review the withdrawal amount and applicable fees
Ensure your 2FA is enabled
Tap "Withdraw" to submit your request
Step 5: Email Confirmation Required
For security purposes, a confirmation email will be sent to your registered BurjX email address.
Once confirmed, the withdrawal process will proceed.
Step 6: Withdrawal Submitted
Your request has now been successfully recorded.
Processing Time
Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 business hours
In some cases, processing may be faster if submitted earlier in the day (before 3 PM UAE time)
