Step 1: Open Deposit Menu
On the home screen, tap the “+” (plus) icon at the bottom center.
Step 2: Select Deposit Crypto
A menu will appear with the following options:
Deposit Fiat
Withdraw Fiat
Deposit Crypto
Withdraw Crypto
Tap "Deposit Fiat" to continue.
Step 3: Choose Your Deposit Method
You will see the available AED deposit options:
Instant Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer
Choose " Bank Transfer".
Step 4: Enter Deposit Amount
Select your currency (e.g., AED)
Enter the deposit amount
Tap “Continue”
Step 5: Review Transfer Instructions
You will be shown the banking details for your transfer. Carefully review all instructions before proceeding.
Transfer Instructions:
Log in to your online or mobile banking app
Add the provided bank details as a new beneficiary
Initiate the transfer from your personal bank account
Important: Transfers must come from an account under your name Third-party or joint account transfers may be rejected
Most local AED transfers are processed the same day, but may take up to 24 business hours in some cases
Step 6: Submit Deposit Request
After completing the transfer from your bank:
Return to the BurjX app
Tap “Deposit” to confirm your request
This allows the system to track and process your transfer.
Important: This step is required to ensure your transfer is tracked properly and to help avoid any processing delays.
Processing Time
Most AED deposits are processed within minutes
In some cases, it may take up to 24 business hours
For faster processing, we recommend completing your transfer earlier in the day (before 3 PM UAE time), as this helps ensure quicker settlement.
