Step 1: Open Deposit Menu
On the home screen, tap the “+” (plus) icon at the bottom center.
Step 2: Select Deposit Crypto
A menu will appear with the following options:
Deposit Fiat
Withdraw Fiat
Deposit Crypto
Withdraw Crypto
Tap "Deposit Fiat" to continue.
Step 3: Choose Your Deposit Method
You will see the available AED deposit options:
Instant Bank Transfer
Bank Transfer
Choose "Instant Bank Transfer".
Step 4: Manage Your Bank Accounts
You will be directed to a screen showing your connected bank accounts.
If no account is linked, you will be prompted to add one
Step 5: Add Your Bank Account
Tap “Add Bank Account” and follow the on-screen instructions to securely connect your UAE bank account.
Once successfully added, you can proceed with your deposit.
Step 6: Enter Deposit Amount
Enter the amount you wish to deposit (AED)
Review and accept the applicable processing fees
Tap “Continue” and follow the final steps to complete the transaction
Step 7: Deposit Successful
Your AED deposit will be processed through our UAE banking partners.
You will see the estimated processing time based on your selected bank
You will receive a confirmation email once the funds are credited to your fiat balance
Note: For faster processing, we recommend completing your transaction earlier in the day (before 3 PM UAE time).
