BurjX Account Verification (KYC)

To ensure the security of your account and comply with regulatory requirements, BurjX requires identity verification (KYC) during the registration process.

Verification is essential to unlock platform features, protect your account, and ensure a compliant and secure trading environment for all users.


What Information Is Required?

During the Initial KYC process, you’ll be asked to provide:

  • Full legal name

  • A picture of a government-issued ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)

  • A live selfie / liveness check

📱 Important: KYC can only be completed through the BurjX mobile app or official website (burjx.com)

Please do not send personal documents via email or live chat, unless specifically requested by our support team.

For most users, the Emirates ID is the preferred and fastest-supported document.


KYC Tiers at BurjX

BurjX offers three verification tiers, each unlocking higher deposit and withdrawal limits.

🔹 Tier 1

  • Limits: Up to USD 50,000

  • Requirements:

    • Full address

    • Nationality

    • Trading experience

    • Government-issued ID (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driver’s License)

    • Live selfie

  • Approval Time: Instant in most cases


🔹 Tier 2

  • Limits: Up to USD 250,000

  • Requirements:

    • Completion of Tier 1

    • Employment status

    • Source of funds

    • Proof of address (dated within the last 90 days)


🔹 Tier 3

  • Limits: Unlimited (custom-tiered access)

  • Requirements:

    • Completion of Tier 2

    • Proof of income (bank statement or equivalent)

    • Expected monthly trading volume


KYC Verification Status Guide

  • ✅ Verified – Your application has been successfully reviewed and approved.

  • ⏳ Pending – Your documents are under review. Most applications are processed within a few hours, but it may take up to 2–3 business days.

  • 📝 Drafted – Your KYC was started but not completed. Go to your profile and click “Verify Now” to continue.

  • ❌ Rejected – There was an issue with your submission. Check your email for next steps, or contact support for assistance.

Use your full name exactly as shown on your ID. Avoid typos, initials, or abbreviations.

  • Use natural light or a well-lit room

  • Show all four corners of the document

  • Avoid glare, blur, or reflections

  • Make sure the text is readable

3. Take a Good Selfie

  • Follow on-screen prompts carefully

  • Keep your head still and look at the green dot

  • Avoid excessive movement or turning your head
