If you’ve forgotten your password, avoid repeatedly trying random passwords, as this may temporarily lock your account for security reasons.
The safest and recommended way is to reset your password.
Step 1: Go to the Login Page
On the login screen, tap “Problem logging in?”
Step 2: Select Password Reset Option
You will see a few options to access your account.
Tap: “I am an existing user and I forgot my password.” And type your email address
A password reset email will be sent to your inbox shortly.
Note: If you don’t receive the email, check your Spam / Junk folder, or tap Resend.
Step 3: Reset Your Password
Open the email and click the secure reset link.
Create a new password that meets the security requirements
Confirm and submit
Important: Your new password must meet the BurjX security requirements:
Minimum of 8 characters
Minimum 1 digit
Minimum 1 capital letter
Minimum 1 special character
You’re All Set
You can now log back into your BurjX account using your new password.
Important Security Note
For your protection, withdrawals will be temporarily locked for 24 hours after any password change.
